4. Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, for reasons including unavailability of stock, errors in pricing, or delivery limitations to your location. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch of your order.

5. Payments

We accept payments through the methods shown at checkout, including UPI, cards and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available. All online payments are processed by third-party payment gateways; we do not store your card details.

6. Shipping & delivery

We ship across India. As products are freshly prepared in weekly batches, dispatch timelines are shown on the relevant pages. Delivery times provided are estimates and may vary due to courier and location factors beyond our control.

7. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us. Once an order is dispatched it cannot be cancelled. Please see our Return & Refund Policy for details on damaged or incorrect items.

8. Food safety & allergens

Our kitchen is FSSAI-compliant. Products may contain or be prepared alongside mustard, sesame, groundnut, dairy and other allergens. If you have allergies, please review ingredients and consult us before ordering. Store products as directed on the label.

9. Intellectual property
