Return & Refund Policy

1. Our approach

Your satisfaction matters to us. Because our products are freshly made food items, we follow the policy below to keep things fair and food-safe.

2. Perishable goods

Our pickles, podis, snacks and pastes are perishable and made-to-order. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened or consumed products, or items returned simply due to a change of mind.

3. Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or is not what you ordered, we will replace it or refund you. To be eligible:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photos of the product, the packaging and the batch/label.
  • Keep the item and packaging until your request is resolved.

4. Refund process & timeline

Once your claim is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. For COD orders, refunds are processed via UPI or bank transfer. The time for the amount to reflect depends on your bank or payment provider.

5. Replacements

Where you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we will ship it in the next available batch at no extra cost.

6. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but the points above still apply if it arrives damaged or incorrect.

7. Non-returnable items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Items reported after the 48-hour window.
  • Products damaged due to incorrect storage after delivery.
  • Sale, clearance or custom/bulk gifting orders, unless damaged on arrival.

8. How to raise a request
